Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application for, and use of, the Safe Nikah platform and services operated by Inficraft Global (“Safe Nikah”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By submitting an application or accessing the platform, you (“the Guardian”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an application, accepting issued credentials, or otherwise using any part of the Safe Nikah platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not apply for or use the service.

2. Guardian-Only Eligibility

Safe Nikah is a strictly guardian-led service. Accordingly:

• Registration, browsing, and all platform actions are restricted to a parent or legally recognised guardian (wali) acting on behalf of a marriage-seeking individual.
• Individuals seeking marriage on their own behalf may not register, and accounts must not be operated by the candidate directly.
• You confirm that you are legally entitled to act as guardian for the candidate and to share their information for matrimonial purposes.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information for both yourself and the candidate at all times.

3. Verification & Vetting

Admission to the platform is conditional upon successful, human-led verification. By applying, you consent to, and agree to cooperate with, the following checks:

• Verification of government-issued identification documents.
• Verification of university degrees and educational credentials.
• Verification of corporate employment records or business registries, as applicable.

Safe Nikah reserves the absolute right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion. We do not guarantee approval, a match, marriage, or any specific outcome.

4. Membership & Access

• Upon approval, credentials granting twelve (12) months of portal access are issued to the Guardian.
• Credentials are personal to the Guardian and must not be shared, sold, or transferred to any third party.
• Profiles are presented anonymously and are searchable only by non-identifying metrics such as age, location, education, and occupation.
• Identity and contact details are disclosed to both parties only upon mutual acceptance of interest between the two guardians.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

5. Fees & Non-Refund Policy

Membership is offered as a single package priced at INR 20,000 / USD 200 for one year of portal access.

• The membership fee is strictly non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances — including but not limited to non-use of the platform, dissatisfaction, voluntary withdrawal, or failure to secure a match or marriage.
• The fee covers the cost of verification, secure document handling, and platform access; it does not represent a fee for any guaranteed result.
• Should an application be declined during vetting, any applicable refund treatment will be communicated to you at that stage.

6. Conduct & Use

To preserve the dignity, privacy, and safety of the community, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to identify, contact, or solicit any member outside the platform’s disclosure process.
• Misrepresent your identity, your relationship to the candidate, or any submitted information.
• Copy, scrape, store, or redistribute any profile data or platform content.
• Use the platform for any purpose other than the sincere pursuit of a lawful Islamic marriage (Nikah).

7. No Meeting Facilitation

Safe Nikah provides digital platform access only. We do not arrange, facilitate, chaperone, supervise, or otherwise participate in any physical meeting, communication, or interaction between members or their families. Any arrangements made after contact details are exchanged are made solely between the families concerned and entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

Safe Nikah acts only as a private introduction platform. Once identity and contact details have been mutually disclosed and party-to-party contact has been established, our role concludes.

• We bear no liability whatsoever for any communication, conduct, agreement, dispute, loss, or harm arising between parties after contact has been established.
• While we verify credentials with diligence, we do not warrant the character, intentions, or ongoing suitability of any member, and families must exercise their own independent judgement.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the membership fee actually paid by you.
• The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, where these Terms are breached, where information is found to be false, or where conduct threatens the integrity, privacy, or safety of the community.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. For any clarification regarding these Terms, please contact us at [email protected].
